Product and Allergens

We package our products in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products. Though our facility is not a certified allergen-free facility, we try our best to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes like sanitising each station before packing a new item there and separating lanes and equipment for peanuts, tree nuts and gluten-free items. Products that are packaged in our Gluten-Free Lane are handled in this particular area ONLY. They are opened, packaged and closed here. Other products that are Gluten, are packaged in a separate lane of our facility.

No. While we endeavor to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes, we cannot guarantee that a product is peanut or tree nut free.

Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry environment. All of ours nuts are good for up to 12 months. Dried fruit should be stored in a cool environment (refrigerator) and will also keep for 12 months or longer if properly stored.

The more you buy, the more you save! Click on “See our bulk discounts” under the “Add to cart” button on each product page to see savings for specific products.

Please note, not every product will have this option, since we do not have bulk packaging for all products.

You are more than welcome to place your order through the Mildurafarms.com website by adding products to your cart and clicking on “Check Out” once you’re ready. If you would like to speak with one of our Customer Experience, we’re available Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fri-Sat from 8am-11:30am. We’ll be more than happy to help you place your order and answer any questions you may have!

Since our fulfillment center processes orders quickly there is a limited time-frame to cancel orders, but we’ll do our best to process your request. Shipping

We use Australia Post that is committed to delivering your order with minimal delays. That said, their shipping services are not guaranteed. As a result, the date provided on our website during checkout is an estimation of when the courier will deliver these treats to your doorstep. The dates can change depending on a number of factors, including interruptions in service due to weather events. Still, delayed packages typically reach the customer within 2-4 business days.

Yes we do! Shipments with meltable items (for example chocolate) require special packaging during the summer to prevent melting. During the summer months these shipments must arrive within two days to prevent melting. If your order is over $59, your order will ship for free and any insulated packaging will automatically be added at no extra charge. If your order is below $59, additional charges will apply to these shipments to reflect the extra cost of packaging and upgraded shipping.
